About this opportunity

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of multiple state agencies, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from providers to deliver direct client services statewide under RFQ 99SWC-S4027, with an initial submission deadline of October 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time and rolling quarterly enrollment thereafter through May 2029.

Providers must hold current Nevada professional licensure in good standing, a Nevada Business License, and registration with the State Controller's Office. The mandatory eligibility screen is pass/fail, conducted by a services-specific evaluation committee. Qualified providers are placed on an approved list for state agencies to contact directly with service-specific agreements and negotiated or fixed fees. No minimum service volume is guaranteed.

The scope encompasses three service categories: behavioral and community-based services (attendant care, adult day care, developmental services, autism treatment via board-certified behavior analysts, elder care, residential youth services, foster care, child care, and mental health services); medical and related services (occupational and physical therapy, acute medical specialties, dental, audiology, optometry, psychiatry, pharmacy, and diagnostic and surgical procedures); and job development services (pre-employment services, employment supports, educational tutoring, assistive technology, customized employment, and community work experience programs). Providers select applicable service categories and identify geographic regions (Northern, Southern, Rural) in which they operate.

The initial contract term is four years through November 30, 2030, with automatic renewal contingent on legislative appropriation. Compensation is on an as-invoiced basis following execution of individual service agreements. Proposals must remain valid for 180 days after due date.

Providers must submit through NevadaEPro a single PDF containing a completed Provider Application Response, Certificate of Insurance (commercial general liability $2,000,000 aggregate, professional liability $1,000,000 per claim, workers' compensation at statutory levels, and cyber/privacy liability if accessing client financial data), and if applicable as a sole proprietor, an Affidavit of Rejection of Workers Compensation. Vendors must disclose prior contract failures, breaches, or litigation. Records retention is three years minimum, five years if federal funds are involved.
