About this file
This is a Scope of Services document from the State of Nevada Purchasing Division, revised April 2021, outlining examples of services that qualified providers may deliver across multiple state agencies under a Direct Client Services contract opportunity. The document provides a non-exhaustive framework categorizing services into three major groupings: behavioral, community-based, and related services; medical and related services; and job development services. Behavioral and community-based services encompass attendant care, adult day care, developmental services, autism treatment requiring board-certified behavior analysts, elder care, residential youth services, foster care, child care, and mental health services including psychology and trauma therapy. Medical services span occupational and physical therapy, acute medical services such as cardiology and neurology, dental, audiology, optometry, psychiatry, pharmacy, and various diagnostic and surgical procedures. Job development services include pre-employment services, employment supports, educational tutoring, assistive technology, customized employment, and community work experience programs.
The document serves as a reference guide for vendors to identify specific service categories applicable to their qualifications and capabilities using the DCS provider packet for more detailed service descriptions. No specific pricing terms, contract amounts, response deadlines, or award timelines are provided in this scope of services document, as it functions primarily as an illustrative catalog of eligible service categories rather than a complete solicitation with commercial terms or contractual requirements.
