About this file
This document is a procedural guide for creating and submitting a Direct Client Service (DCS) quote through Nevada's eProcurement system on behalf of the State of Nevada Purchasing Division. The guide provides step-by-step instructions for qualified service providers seeking to deliver direct client services across multiple state agencies. The process requires applicants to sign into the Nevada ePro platform, locate the DCS solicitation under Open/Rolling Enrollment Bids, download all relevant files, and complete a comprehensive quote submission that includes answering eligibility questions regarding state employment, pending litigation, alternative business names, and awareness of the opportunity. Applicants must select the types of services they are willing to provide, accept the terms and conditions of the bid, upload their completed Provider Application Response document, and submit their quote, which generates a reference number beginning with "VQ" for future correspondence.
The submission process allows applicants to withdraw and resubmit quotes if revisions are necessary prior to final submission. Once a quote is submitted, it appears in the Submitted Tab status section of the eProcurement system. If corrections are required, applicants may withdraw their quote, make revisions to their Provider Application Response, reupload the corrected document, and resubmit through the same platform. The guide emphasizes the importance of documenting the quote number assigned upon submission and ensuring all required documentation is properly uploaded before final submission to avoid processing delays or rejections.
