About this opportunity

The Air Education and Training Command at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi is procuring audio-visual upgrade services for Triangle Chapel through solicitation FA301025Q0036. The project involves removing existing projection equipment and installing three new LED monitors (two 100-inch displays at the front of house and one 75-inch display at the rear of house) with Wi-Fi capabilities and matrix switching functionality to enable different video feeds. Contractors must provide a licensed electrician for electrical work, route new cabling along interior wooden beams and trim, supply a one-year ProPresenter software license, and train five chapel personnel. The procurement will be evaluated using a lowest price technically acceptable process, requiring technical compliance with all solicitation requirements and competitive pricing. The deadline for submitting questions was August 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM CST, with proposal responses due by September 4, 2025 at 1:00 PM CDT, and quoted pricing must remain valid through September 30, 2025.

This opportunity is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business concerns under NAICS code 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees. No incumbent contractors or specific award values are mentioned in the solicitation documents. The contract requires completion by October 15, 2025 and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price arrangement. Work will be performed at Triangle Chapel, Building 7402, located at 7402 Galaxy Street, Keesler AFB, Mississippi, with access available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. A mandatory site visit was conducted on August 20, 2025 at 9:30 AM CST, with participation limited to no more than two representatives per company who were required to obtain base passes and undergo background checks. The government will provide a Mac Mini computer with an Apple M1 chip for video and audio integration as part of the project requirements.
