About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a video installation and integration project for Triangle Chapel Sanctuary. The project requires installing three LED monitors: two 100-inch monitors at the front of house (FOH) and one 75-inch monitor at the rear of house (ROH), with Wi-Fi capabilities and a matrix switcher to enable different video feeds. The contractor must provide a licensed electrician to handle electrical connections, remove existing projection screens and projectors, and route new cabling along the chapel's interior wooden beam and trim. Additional requirements include providing a one-year ProPresenter software license, training for five chapel personnel, and a standard warranty. The chapel will be accessible Monday through Friday from 0730-1630, and the government will provide a Mac Mini computer with an Apple M1 chip for video and audio integration.

Statement of Work Triangle Chapel Sanctuary

1. Scope:

Triangle Chapel’s Sanctuary requires a professional Video Installation and Integration project to facilitate religious services, training and resiliency events, and unit functions. The room has a cathedral ceiling. The dimensions of the room are as follows:

Back row to Front of House (FOH) screen location: 154’ Width of room: 49’6” Wall from floor to edge of ceiling (beginning of slant) – 17’8” 2nd Floor Balcony Height: 10’10” higher than floor level.

Ceiling at midpoint: 37’7”

2. Collaborative Equipment

The Contractor shall provide all required technology and installation to equip the sanctuary for video and image presentation. This shall be accomplished through the installation of two LED monitors installed at the front of house (FOH), and an additional LED monitor at rear of house (ROH). The ROH monitor shall be programmed with the capability to show either the same video feed as FOH, or different. Due to the need for the monitors to be capable of showing different feeds, the Contractor shall include a matrix switcher in their design. The minimum size must be 100 inches for the FOH monitors and 75 inches for the ROH monitor. The monitors must also be Wi-Fi capable. This will allow for the ROH monitor to function as a confidence screen, or as an additional presentation screen. The video feed shall originate at the production booth, located in the center of the balcony. New cable shall be run from the production booth to the FOH and ROH LED monitors. New cabling is required for the current theater lighting and the new monitors. Cabling shall be routed within the building's interior. Ideally, the cabling should run along the center wooden beam and then, once the beam ends, follow the trim towards the FOH monitor location. The contractor is responsible for selecting and installing conduit/panduit that is aesthetically compatible with the existing interior finishes, specifically the wood tones and ceiling color.

The Chapel currently utilizes ProPresenter software and requires the Contractor to include a license for one year. The Government will be responsible for any license renewals after the initial year.

The Contractor shall provide their installation plan, to include approach for mounting the monitors and route for cabling.

The contractor must provide a licensed electrician to safely disconnect existing hardwired electrical connections and install new electrical wiring to the proper location for each monitor.

The contractor shall remove three powered projection screens and three projectors currently installed in the chapel. See photos for locations. The contractor shall also remove all old cabling currently being run outside for the lighting and video.

3. User Training

The contractor shall provide training for a minimum of five chapel personnel.

4. Warranty

The contractor shall provide a standard warranty. Quotes shall specify the duration and terms of this warranty. The contractor shall specify how to make warranty calls.

5. Performance
