The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking Technical, Management, and Administrative Support Services for the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center through Solicitation No. 6973GH-26-R-00002. The procurement encompasses a wide range of specialized positions including Project Manager, Biological Laboratory Technician, Chemist, Engineering Technician, Data Analyst, Network Systems Administrator, Research Participants, and various Subject Matter Experts to support aerospace medical research, cabin safety, and physiology projects. The contract has a total estimated value of $632,500 over a five-year base period with an additional six-month extension option, structured with annual estimated amounts of $115,000 plus allocations for travel, materials, and additional services. The performance period will run from January 14, 2026 through January 13, 2031, with a 60-day phase-in period and a 30-day incumbent support transition period. All work will be performed primarily onsite at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with personnel required to obtain FAA Moderate/T2 security background checks and comply with FAA Order 1370.121A and NIST Special Publication 800-171 security protocols.
