About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks proposals for Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering and Technical Services to be provided to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center. Requirements include administrative support services, communication and professional development services, information technology services, and technical knowledge services as detailed in Attachment J.1-A Statement of Work. Offerors must submit proposals no later than February 2, 2022 and the anticipated period of performance is one base year with four one-year options. A virtual industry day will be held on November 17, 2021 and all questions must be submitted to the contracting officer by December 3, 2021.

This 100% set-aside acquisition is reserved solely for woman-owned small businesses under NAICS code 611430 for professional and management development training with a size standard of $12 million. The pre-solicitation was issued on November 4, 2021 and the anticipated release date of the RFP is January 3, 2022.
