Attachment J.2-B – Contractor Space and Support Location

Contractors will support NASA HQ and/or the NSC under the SETS contract following these considerations:

The Office of Safety Mission Assurance is located at NASA Headquarters, 300 E St SW, Washington, DC. The contractor will be provided 1 private office and limited cubicle spaces are available.

The NASA Safety Center is located at the Ohio Aerospace Institute (OAI), 22800 Cedar Point Road, Brook Park, OH 44142. For the purposes of this contract, OAI is considered the same as being on-site at NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC). Limited hoteling/collaboration or shared workspaces are available. The space also includes Studio/Classroom A and a work room on Level 2 for video production work.

• The space available is not adequate to accommodate all contractor personnel. Additional space, if desired, may be secured at no additional cost to the Government.

• When onsite work is required, common/flex office space will be available upon request.

Standard office furniture and all utilities, including long-distance phone service, are included.

*As of June 17, 2021, NASA HQ and NSC are in a mandatory telework status. Onsite work is limited to authorized, mission critical employees and contractors. Return to onsite work and onsite staffing is unknown currently.
