About this opportunity

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center published a Special Notice regarding the consolidation of two contract requirements. The agency has determined that combining the NASA Safety Center Technical Services Support 2 and Office of Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering Support Services contracts is necessary and justified.

The consolidated requirements will be competed under a new title, Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering and Technical Services. Only woman-owned small businesses are eligible to participate. A draft RFP was posted to SAM.gov on October 18, 2021 with a final RFP to follow under the same title and number. Interested contractors must respond by March 22, 2022. The objective is to streamline support for safety and mission assurance engineering needs through one contract rather than two separate ones. The opportunity allows woman-owned small businesses to provide technical services that help ensure safety across NASA programs and operations.
