Added: Mar 13, 2015 12:58 pm This is a total small business set-aside to procure road maintenance services for the Willamette, Umpqua and Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests and the Eugene and Salem Bureau of Land Management Districts. The work includes but is not limited to furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and all incidentals necessary to provide road maintenance services including grading, spot surfacing, load, haul and place materials, rolling dips, cleaning drainage systems, and hourly equipment rental in accordance with drawings and specifications of the contract. It is the Government's intention to award a Firm, Fixed Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract ending December 31, 2018. This is a multiple award contract and the Government may award up to 15 contracts in order to provide adequate services for the geographical areas covered. Contractor may be required to perform work items simultaneously on more than one district if awarded two or more items.

Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about March 19, 2015. Estimated start work date is May 15, 2015.

This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program (FB4P).
