About this opportunity
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) is soliciting offers for the remanufacture of TF-33 Low and High-Speed Compressor Stators and Shrouds under a 5-year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract with a 2-year basic period and three optional 1-year extensions. The contract encompasses 16 line items covering various compressor vanes and stators from stages 5 through 15 for both P100 and P103 aircraft engines, with quantities ranging from 1 to 76 units per item depending on the contract period. Offerors must be qualified approved sources on the AFMC 762 Contract Repair Screening Analysis Worksheet or submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in accordance with Repair Qualification Requirements for Critical Safety Items by the solicitation closing date; the government is not obligated to delay contract award pending SAR review. Evaluation will be based primarily on technical acceptability as the primary factor, with consideration of past performance and responsibility factors, and HUBZone small business concerns will receive a 10 percent price evaluation preference unless waived. The solicitation (FA8121-26-R-0004) was posted on April 2, 2026, with an offer due date of May 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM local time.
This is a no set-aside contract with no identified incumbent contractors. The contract represents a mandatory minimum guaranteed order of $500.00 per awardee, with actual award values dependent on government ordering decisions and availability of reparable assets. The requirement includes an Initial Production Evaluation (IPE) phase requiring 60-calendar-day delivery for initial qualification, followed by recurring monthly deliveries of 2 to 6 units per 30-day period based on Availability of Reparable Assets (ARO) funding. Place of performance is Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with FOB destination delivery required to DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma at Tinker AFB. The contract mandates compliance with ISO 9001-2015 quality standards, Commercial Asset Visibility reporting, monthly Contract Depot Maintenance production reports, and submission of a Supply Chain Risk Management plan addressing continuity of operations, foreign influence, and cybersecurity concerns.
