The contract is specifically set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), utilizing the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621610 for Home Health Care Services with a size standard of $19 million. The primary service area encompasses the Miami and West Palm Beach VA medical facilities and their associated clinics, requiring contractors to serve veterans regardless of their physical location. The solicitation incorporates provisions from Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, dated January 17, 2025, and will involve managing medical equipment across multiple healthcare facilities.
