About this opportunity

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego intends to award a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Cartridge Technologies, LLC for maintenance and consumable support of 214 leased multifunction devices, with a capability statement deadline of August 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. PDT. This is not a competitive solicitation; the Navy is accepting capability statements solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement instead of proceeding with the sole source award. The three-month bridge contract runs September 1 through November 30, 2026, filling the gap between expiration of the current Defense Logistics Agency contract on August 31, 2026 and the start of a new DLA contract on December 1, 2026 for Commander Navy Region Southwest. Services include preventative and corrective maintenance on-site across eleven installations spanning San Diego, Coronado, Point Loma, El Centro, Fallon, Lemoore, Ventura County, Monterey, Seal Beach, and China Lake, plus consumables including toner, developer, drum kits, fusers, waste receptacles, and staples, with paper provided by the Government. The sole source justification rests on system compatibility and integration with the NMCI network; the Navy determined that introducing new devices would disrupt operations during the transition period. Interested parties must email elisa.r.allison.civ@us.navy.mil. NAICS 532420; PSC DE10; solicitation N00244-26-Q-0095.
