About this file

This is a Statement of Work for maintenance and consumable support of multifunction devices (MFDs) for Commander Navy Region Southwest (CNRSW) located at 750 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA 92132.

CNRSW requires a short-term, three-month bridge contract to provide continuous maintenance and consumable support for 214 leased MFDs across multiple naval installations. The base period of performance runs from 01 September 2026 through 30 November 2026, bridging the gap between the expiration of the current Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract on 31 August 2026 and the anticipated start of a new DLA contract on 01 December 2026. The contractor must provide preventative maintenance (routine servicing and inspections per Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications), corrective maintenance (on-site repair services), and maintain service level agreements requiring response times consistent with the current DLA contract. Consumable support must include toner, developer, drum kits, fusers, waste toner receptacles, and staples, with adequate stock levels maintained or swiftly delivered to prevent downtime; paper will be provided by the Government. Performance locations include Naval Base San Diego, Naval Base Coronado, Naval Base Point Loma, CNRSW Headquarters, NAF El Centro, NAS Fallon, NAS Lemoore, Naval Base Ventura County, Naval Support Activity Monterey, Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, and Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake. Per DLA Point of Contact guidance, the incumbent vendor CTI (CAGE Code: 068Z8; UEI SAM: Z5LLHNEXM9L8) is sought to maintain continuity of support. Contractor personnel must comply with all Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and local CNRSW security regulations, including base access requirements, background checks, and badging procedures.
