The contract period runs from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030, consisting of one base year with four optional one-year renewal periods, totaling five years if all options are exercised. Annual chemical treatment includes approximately 10,000 kilo-gallons of cooling tower makeup water treatment with specific chemical requirements including inhibited propylene glycol for chilled water and heating closed loop systems, oxidizing biocides, and nitrite treatments. The services are to be performed at Scott Air Force Base, located at South Drive in Scott AFB, Illinois 62225, with the anticipated award date of January 1, 2026, contingent upon availability of fiscal year 2026 funds.
