About this opportunity
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has issued a Special Notice (Solicitation Number HT0011-24-RFI-0196) seeking market research for a Global Nurse Advice Line (GNAL) contract opportunity. The agency is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential contractors with expertise in providing comprehensive telehealth and medical coordination services. This RFI focuses on gathering industry insights for a multimodal call center operation that will support Military Healthcare System beneficiaries. The notice covers professional services within the North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 541990 for professional, scientific, and technical services, with a size standard of $19.5M. The opportunity is not a formal solicitation but a preliminary market research effort to understand potential contractor capabilities.
Contractors interested in responding must submit a comprehensive 12-page response by 3:00 PM ET on April 19, 2024, detailing their company information, business type, and capabilities for performing similar complex healthcare service work. The DHA anticipates high-level objectives including multimodal call center operations with mobile applications, webchat, and video conferencing capabilities, telehealth registered nurse triage, medical care coordination, and medical administrative services integrated with the Military Healthcare System's GENESIS electronic health record. Eligible participants must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and can submit team responses, with Contractor Team Arrangements (CTAs) acceptable under Federal Acquisition Regulation 9.6. The government will conduct a virtual Industry Day and expects responses to provide specific details about company qualifications, past performance, and potential approaches to meeting the GNAL requirements. Importantly, participation in this RFI does not guarantee future solicitation opportunities or contract awards.
