All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Contracting Specialist Gib Park by 3:00 p.m. CST on March 28, 2025, and technical and cost proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. CST on April 18, 2025. The solicitation does not include any specific set-aside designations and will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum order value is $5,000, and the contract will cover calibration services for test equipment located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside CONUS (OCONUS). The anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2025, with a potential latest start of January 1, 2026. Contractors will be responsible for calibrating test equipment using mobile and fixed-site methods, with priority given to on-site mobile calibration for equipment that can be serviced at its current location. The place of performance will include various FAA facilities, with the primary administrative location being the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
