About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 6973GH-25-R-00066, addressing the Federal Aviation Administration's National Test Equipment Program (NTEP) Test Equipment Calibration opportunity. The nine questions and responses clarify key proposal submission details, including: resumes are now included in the 100-page technical volume page count, Schedule B should be included in Volume IV, the Table of Contents page limit is increased to two pages, and no past performance questionnaire is currently required. The anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2025 (potentially no later than January 1, 2026), and certain attachments like Calibration Procedures Inventory and Facility Working Standards Inventory will be provided post-award rather than with the initial proposal. The solicitation requires comprehensive calibration services for FAA-owned Test Equipment, with an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract structure featuring a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods.
