About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals to acquire a complete propulsion system fully integrated into the F-15EX weapon system. The United States Air Force, through the Air Force Materiel Command and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, intends to procure up to 461 engines and associated components to be delivered from October 2023 through June 2031. Proposals will be evaluated on technical and past performance factors, with technical significantly more important than price. Proposals are due no later than April 7, 2021.

The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Propulsion Acquisition Division (LPA), intends to acquire a complete propulsion system (e.g. engine and associated components) that is fully integrated into the F-15EX weapon system in order to meet propulsion and aircraft production delivery schedules using full and open competition.
