Work begins August 14, 2026 and must complete no later than September 18, 2026. The contractor performs Monday through Friday during standard business hours (0730–1630), excluding federal holidays. Performance includes pre-move planning, inventory assessment, disassembly, packing, transportation, unpacking, reassembly, and debris removal of office furniture, administrative supplies, and sensitive IT and manufacturing equipment including 3D printers, laser cutters, waterjet equipment, VR systems, and computing devices (approximately 1,021 total items across 519 SKUs). The government has provided detailed photographs and an inventory list with serial numbers and current location codes.
The contract is firm-fixed-price with technical acceptability (pass/fail) followed by price as best-value selection criteria. Quoters must submit realistic Project Milestone Plans, detailed technical solutions demonstrating PWS compliance, Section 889 certifications, and SAM registrations. Base access requirements include vehicle inspections, personnel identification badges, and security compliance. Contractor liability extends to damages occurring during transit. Award will be based on technical capability and price. Questions close August 3, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST.
