About this file

This document is a contract clauses and provisions document that incorporates federal acquisition regulations for a Department of Defense contract (FA330026C0034) with the Air Force.

The document establishes payment and administrative requirements through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system, requiring contractors to register at https://wawf.eb.mil/ and designate an electronic business point of contact in the System for Award Management (SAM). Payment requests must be submitted electronically using specified document types: cost vouchers for cost-type line items, invoices with receiving reports for fixed-price deliverables, and Invoice 2in1 combinations for fixed-price services. Routing data specifies DoDAACs for payment official (F87700), administrative processing (FA3300), inspection and service acceptance (F2XHA8). The contract incorporates numerous mandatory clauses including Buy American and Balance of Payments Program requirements, service contract labor standards, environmental compliance, security prohibitions, whistleblower protections, and cybersecurity safeguards. Contractor personnel require base identification and vehicle passes for Air Force installation access, with credentials subject to prompt return upon contract completion. Compensation must comply with federal wage determinations, and all contractor activity must adhere to AFOSH standards and health/safety requirements with violations potentially resulting in contract termination. The document references evaluation criteria of technical capability and price and incorporates standard FAR and DFARS provisions with specified deviations noted throughout.
