The total contract value is approximately $98 million with a performance period of 1,177 calendar days, and the government will award a single Firm-Fixed-Price task order to the selected contractor. The project involves significant site work on a brownfield location and requires Davis-Bacon prevailing wage compliance, with minimum wage rates ranging from $9.45 to $36.00 per hour depending on the trade classification, and all work is to be performed at USCG Base Charleston, South Carolina. The solicitation requires performance bond submission within 10 calendar days after award, with a 15-calendar day performance start requirement, and contractors must complete work according to government-accepted, contractor-originated drawings and comprehensive specifications addressing environmental compliance, sustainable design, and various federal building standards.
