About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks proposals to provide deployments/distribution and vehicle management services for the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Services include vehicle management and maintenance, ground transportation, cargo and passenger movement, small air terminal operations, personal property handling, special events support, and auto body work. Proposals are due by December 21, 2023 and must meet technical acceptability requirements. The United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio 45433-5344 is soliciting for a firm- fixed price (FFP) contract for the following requirement:
88th Logistics Readiness Squadron for the Deployment/Distribution and Vehicle Management (DDVM) in the areas of 1) Distribution services, (2) Personal Property services, (3) Small Air Terminal and Passenger Movement, and (4) Vehicle Management and Maintenance. These commercial services will be performed at WPAFB, other locations throughout the state of Ohio, and locations outside of the state of Ohio that are supported by WPAFB. The Scope of work shall include the furnishing of all personnel, supervision, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, facilities, and other items and services to perform deployments/distribution and vehicle management. The commercial services will include management and performance of logistics for deployment and distribution operations including mobility operations, traffic management, vehicle operations, and small terminal operations; operation of air freight and passenger terminal movement, small terminal deployments and training functions; and worldwide movement of authorized personnel, cargo, and personal property as well as surface freight element functions; responsibility for arrangement of personal property movement services, in order to successfully accomplish the Government requirement as detailed in the PWS.
