**BID OPENING (4 August 2020) - Bids were opened on 4 August 2020 at 2:00PM. Of the two (2) bids received, the apparent low bidder is FE Contracting (see attached bid opening abstract). The Government will evaluate all bids for responsiveness IAW the parameters of the solicitation. If funds are received and a contract is awarded, an award notice will be posted.
**AMENDMENT 3 (3 August 2020):
1) An additional question and answer is being added to clarify an important detail of offerors' bids. The concrete grade beam depth for the ADS Pad will be at least 48”, which allows for using options D, E, or F on PDF page 32 of the RSS Site Prep Plan v3.1. Additionally, the contractor will not be responsible for embeds. The solciitation close remains Tuesday, 4 August at 2:00PM AKST.
