Question 1:

Please provide clarification for which concrete grade beam depth will be used that is indicated in details

A through F? Also is it safe to assume that no embeds will be included in the proposal?

The concrete grade beam depth will be at least 48”, which allows for using options D, E, or F on PDF page 32 of the RSS Site Prep Plan v3.1. Additionally, the contractor will not be responsible for embeds.
