About this opportunity
The Southeastern Power Administration, under the Department of Energy, is soliciting proposals for the design and installation of modern audiovisual and conferencing technology in two conference rooms—one small room accommodating 8-12 occupants and one large room accommodating 20-25 occupants. The procurement encompasses integrated hardware, networked audio systems, video conferencing equipment, and all associated installation services to enable high-quality hybrid meetings and collaboration. Key requirements include the installation of specified equipment such as Shure ceiling microphones and speakers, Crestron cameras and control systems, Intel NUC 12 Pro computers, and Samsung 4K televisions (70" for the small room and 85" for the large room), along with comprehensive services including site assessment, drywall patching, Cat6 Ethernet cabling installation, system configuration, end-user training, and as-built documentation. The contractor must provide one-year equipment warranty and three-year system support. Evaluation criteria will weight technical approach and past performance approximately equally to cost. Critical dates include the questions deadline of April 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, with responses posted by April 23, 2026, and the proposal submission deadline of April 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, with an expected award decision on May 8, 2026.
This solicitation has no set-aside designation and is structured as full and open competition with a Firm Fixed Price contract mechanism. No incumbent or current contractor information has been identified in the solicitation materials. The award value and budget range have not been disclosed in the available documentation.
