The performance period requires work to commence within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and be completed within 60 calendar days thereafter. Payment and performance bonds are required for contracts exceeding $35,000, and contractors must comply with prevailing wage determinations and environmental regulations including NSF certification and VOC limitations for all coating materials. The place of performance is located at 4155 County Highway H, Laona, WI 54541, with work hours restricted to 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Monday through Friday to minimize disruption to Job Corps Center operations.
