Project Schedule: Work will commence after contract award, with bonding and submittals due as specified in the solicitation. Physical work timing will be discussed in a pre-work meeting, with considerations for seasonal and weather conditions. Contract extensions may be granted case-by-case. Prevailing wages are applicable, with a Wage Rate Determination posted as Attachment 5 in the solicitation package. No specific onsite training requirements were noted. Regarding surface preparation for the exterior bowl's insulated portion, the specification includes surface preparation details, and no changes will be made to the sphere and riser insulation at this time.
