About this file
This document describes sustainable product specifications for a BLA Water Tower coating project. The specifications focus on using long-life coatings designed to extend the service life of an existing water tower while maintaining safe drinking water quality. By prolonging the tower's service life, the project aims to reduce emissions associated with potential reconstruction or manufacturing of a new water tower system. The specified coatings are explicitly designed to be compliant with both State and Federal Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) limitations, emphasizing environmental and regulatory considerations in the product selection.
