About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Eustis is seeking contractor personnel to provide non-personal operations support and staff/presenter support for the final preparation, execution, and post-event activities associated with the Army Strategic Education Program (ASEP) courses at the U.S. Army War College. The ASEP serves as an educational center focused on strategic decision-making and the use of land power. The key contract requirements include providing personnel with experience in event planning, VIP protocol, communications, scheduling, and database management. The evaluation criteria will assess technical factors such as the candidate's education and experience, as well as past performance and price. Quotes are due by October 18, 2024, and the government intends to award without discussions.
The contract opportunity is set aside for small businesses, including 8(a) mentor-protege joint ventures. There is no incumbent contractor identified, and the government has not provided an estimated award value or budget range. The contract will cover a base year with four option years and a six-month extension, requiring personnel support across various lots or service categories over a 52-week period at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, with some travel to the National Capital Region and other East Coast locations.
