About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command is seeking to procure Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems capable of hosting classified video teleconferences. The contract involves two projects: upgrading the VTC capabilities in an existing conference room (Room 1) and installing VTC capabilities in three additional rooms (Rooms 2-4). The systems must comply with the Global Video Services (GVS) VTC Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and be compatible with the existing infrastructure. A pre-proposal conference and site survey will be held on August 29, 2024, and all questions must be submitted by August 30, 2024. The Government will evaluate offers using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, selecting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer for award.
This opportunity is set aside for Small Businesses. The work will be performed at McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, Kansas. There are no incumbent contractors identified. The Government has not specified a budget range or the quantity of goods required, but the period of performance will be determined by the selected contractor.
