WRIH Wiki Requirements Document The purpose of this document is to provide Government requirements to convert the existing Western Range Instrumentation Handbook (WRIH) from stand-alone PDF and hard copy deliverables into a Wiki-based web site containing a database of pages dedicated to Western Range Instrumentation topics as authorized under SFRC PWS 1.3.4., and which is consistent with the Eastern Range Instrumentation Handbook (ERIH) Wiki.
Requirements:
1. Provide a Wiki-based web site containing a database of pages dedicated to Western Range Instrumentation topics, from this point forward referred to as the WRIH Wiki. The content pertaining to Instrumentation topics will be provided at the same level of detail currently provided in the existing ERIH Wiki.
2. Provide the capability for users within the Patrick and Vandenberg SFB firewalls with access to SLD 30 and SLD 45 networks to comment on proposed changes, contributions, or corrections to the WRIH Wiki in real-time. The SFRC Contractor shall be the WRIH Wiki moderator with the responsibility and authority to review, edit, and approve comments before incorporating them in the main body of the page.
3. Provide a full text search capability for users within the Patrick and Vandenberg SFB firewalls with access to the SLD 30 and SLD 45 networks to search the Wiki’s entire content at once and view updates.
4. Provide the capability to create a portable distribution of the WRIH from the WRIH Wiki, so that the WRIH may be viewed offline or printed if necessary. The ERIH Wiki solution to this requirement was to take many individual PDF files in one PDF portfolio using Adobe Pro. This is one example solution, but the SFRC Contractor shall determine the optimal solution for the WRIH based on current technology.
