About this file
This is a Wage Determination document issued by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Service Contract Act. The determination (No. 2015-5433, Revision 31, effective 12/03/2025) establishes prevailing wage rates for federal service contracts performed in Colorado counties including Alamosa, Baca, Bent, Conejos, Costilla, Crowley, Custer, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Mineral, Otero, Powers, Rio Grande, and Saguache.
The document lists over 300 occupation codes and classifications spanning administrative, automotive, food service, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information technology, instructional, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, technical, and transportation categories. Each occupation includes a specified hourly wage rate ranging from approximately $11.83 to $59.68 per hour. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (standard) or $5.09 per hour (under Executive Order 13706 for paid sick leave), vacation accrual of two to four weeks based on tenure, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Computer employee classifications are subject to specific exemption criteria under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Additional pay differentials apply for hazardous work (4-8 percent), night shifts, and Sunday work. Uniform costs are reimbursable at $3.35 per week or $0.67 per day when required by contract terms. The determination includes procedures for requesting authorization of additional classifications not listed using Standard Form 1444.
