All employees receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly) for health and welfare, plus vacation and holiday provisions as specified in 29 CFR 4.173 and 4.174. Computer professionals and certain technical positions are subject to specific exemption criteria and footnoted requirements. The determination applies to federal service contracts awarded on or after January 1, 2017, and incorporates Executive Order requirements regarding paid sick leave and minimum wage adjustments. A conformance process is established for classifying unlisted occupations using Standard Form 1444.
