About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The amendment extends the proposal response deadline from 03 June 2025 to 22 July 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT and updates the list of attachments, which now includes documents such as a Subcontractor and Teaming Partner Consent Form, Specific Relevant Contracts Sheet, Past Performance Questionnaire, and various technical exhibits related to the MCTP exercise solutions, simulation control plans, and contract data requirements lists.
The amendment provides detailed instructions for potential contractors, including a comprehensive past performance questionnaire that evaluates performance across multiple dimensions such as compliance with specifications, project management effectiveness, timeliness of delivery, cost control, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The solicitation seeks a contractor to support the Mission Command Training Program, with an emphasis on verifying offerors' past performance and ability to meet the program's requirements. Contractors are required to submit detailed documentation about their previous contracts, including contract numbers, costs, delivery schedules, and performance metrics, to assist in the source selection process.
