c. This project aims to improve the interior conditions of Building 622 by applying new paint to the walls, ceilings, and door frames on floors 1 through 4, excluding laundry rooms.

Painting will be completed on staircase walls, but not ceilings.

Building 622 has a unique floor configuration: some sections contain floors 1, 2, and 3, while others contain floors 2, 3, and 4. A 1st and 4th floor are never present in the same section.

This results in the following approximate areas:

2nd Floor: 20,161 sq ft

Lead Testing will be required in areas exhibiting any of the following conditions:

Minor surface imperfections such as dried glue or caulk remnants.

Blistering paint, indicating a potential moisture issue (please note: any moisture issues must be addressed separately).

Additionally, sanding will be required in the following situations:

Following scraping to feather edges for a smooth transition.

On glossy surfaces to “de-gloss” them for improved adhesion.

Over patched areas (spackle or joint compound) to ensure a level surface.

To smooth rough textures (to a degree).

To address minor imperfections like bumps or ridges.
