About this file

This document provides an amendment to a solicitation and details of a federal contract opportunity for remediation services at the Raymark Superfund site in Stratford, Connecticut. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District will issue a request for proposal for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity remediation services task order contract with a total value not to exceed $99 million over five years. The contract is a small business set-aside to be awarded on a best value tradeoff basis. Remediation work will include project management, field investigations, engineering support, removal and disposal of contaminated soil and sediment, cap installation, site restoration, and operation and maintenance. The solicitation is expected to be released in September 2018 with a response date to be determined. Ten percent of excavated sediment and waste exceeding regulatory limits will require off-site disposal. This represents an opportunity for small businesses to provide environmental remediation services at the Raymark Superfund site located in Stratford, Connecticut.
