The checklists detail specific inspection steps for each roof type, focusing on identifying and documenting potential issues such as leaks, water damage, material conditions, structural integrity, and equipment-related problems. For PVC and Duro-Last roofs, the document outlines detailed maintenance procedures including routine inspections (at least once/twice per year), post-severe weather checks, debris removal, examination of metal flashings and sealants, masonry condition assessment, and rooftop equipment inspection. The maintenance guidelines emphasize thorough documentation, regular cleaning, and proactive identification of potential roof degradation or damage.
