About this file

This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) Appendix D detailing required submittals, reports, and meetings for a roofing services contract at Fort Cavazos. The contractor must provide comprehensive documentation including a Management Plan within 7 calendar days of contract award, monthly progress reports by the 10th of each month, and daily work status reports. Key deliverables include key personnel resumes, safety reports, quality control plans, training documentation, and periodic progress meeting agendas.

The appendix outlines specific reporting requirements across multiple areas such as safety, quality control, personnel tracking, and maintenance activities. Contractors must submit various documents to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), including an Accident Prevention Plan, Activity Hazard Analysis, personnel injury reports, hazardous material inventories, and training certifications. Meetings include a mandatory post-award conference, periodic progress meetings, and performance evaluation meetings, with all documentation to be submitted electronically via RMS (likely a document management system) and following strict timelines for submission and revision.
