About this file
This document contains a Construction and Demolition Diversion/Disposal Transaction Report Summary template for reporting waste diversion and disposal data from construction, renovation, repair, and demolition projects at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state. The form requires contractors to report quantities of materials diverted from landfills and disposed of on a quarterly basis, including asphalt, brick, concrete, land clearing debris, metal, other recyclables, specialty materials, wood, and disposal amounts. Contractors must submit completed forms and supporting documentation to the Contracting Officer's Representative or Government Project Manager. Government construction and operations personnel also use the form to track project diversion rates.
A related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number W912DW20Q0009 for preventative maintenance and repair services for World War II era and relocatable facilities at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Seattle.
