Salient Characteristics Summary
This document outlines the salient characteristics and specifications for a federal contract opportunity involving locker room renovation and furnishing services. The scope includes six primary deliverables: procurement of clean/dirty separation lockers (Item 1) equivalent to the C+P "Classic PLUS" PSA model with separate internal compartments for street clothes and work/PPE clothing, measuring approximately 1900-2000 mm height × 600 mm width × 500 mm depth, featuring heavy-duty steel construction, noise-dampening hinged doors, and color specifications of light grey (RAL 7035) body with architectural blue (RAL 2406015) doors, all with a 2-year warranty; freestanding locker room benches (Item 2) approximately 450 mm height × 1000 mm width × 350-360 mm depth with square steel tubing and hardwood slats; and freestanding backrest and coat rail units (Item 3) approximately 1000 mm length with 1600-1700 mm overall height, featuring integrated overhead rails with minimum four double hooks meeting DIN 7917 safety standards.
The remaining deliverables consist of professional interior painting services covering approximately 210 square meters of wall space (Item 4) using StoColor system color code 37206, and ceiling painting services for approximately 110 square meters of aluminum ceiling (Item 5) with color code 9016 in silky finish. Item 6 requires complete dismantling and reinstallation of locker units, including professional preparation, plumb and level installation with secure anchoring per manufacturer guidelines, and removal of all debris. All work, including dismantling, reinstallation, and associated painting services, must be fully completed within fourteen (14) workdays with close coordination with the facility point of contact to minimize operational disruption. The government will provide trash containers and coordinate disposal of dismantled units.

The service includes the professional installation of new lockers (as specified in Item 1) ensuring they are plumb, level, and securely anchored to the wall and/or floor per manufacturer guidelines. Upon completion, the contractor must remove all tools, equipment, packaging materials, and installation-related debris to leave the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
All work, including the dismantling and reinstallation of lockers as well as the associated interior painting services (Item 4 and 5) for this space, must be fully completed and finalized within fourteen (14) workdays, with all operations closely coordinated with the facility point of contact to minimize operational disruption.
