2 We would like to request an extension for solicitation W912CH-26-B-0009 (Parts Kit, Hydraulic Pump), as we are still awaiting quotes from several vendors. 5 Our SDVOSB would like to request for our response to this bid until 9 October 2026.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

6 Line F.2.1 Start deliveries 600 calendar days ARO, while Line F.2.2 outlines that 50 units need to be delivered 300 calendar days ARO and that every 30 days 50 units are to be delivered.

The two starting points of 600 and 300 seem to be at odds with each other.

Can you help clarify this for our team? Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912CH-26-B-0009 has been issued.

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the Government-required delivery schedule when First Article Testing (FAT) is required.

7 The guaranteed minimum quantity of 15 units. Given the costs associated with this item, the low guaranteed minimum has a significant impact on our pricing. Is there any possibility of increasing the guaranteed minimum quantity? The Government does not intend to increase the guaranteed minimum quantity of 15 units at this time. Offerors should base their pricing and proposals on the quantities and terms stated in the solicitation.

For planning purposes only, the Government currently anticipates that the initial order may be approximately 106 units. This estimate is not a guarantee or commitment and remains subject to Government requirements, available funding, and the terms of the resulting contract.
