About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines test data deliverables required under a contract to provide total engineering and integration services to the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC). The contractor must submit test data from security assessments and engineering projects to USAISEC and government stakeholders. Test data deliverables include all raw data used to determine security control compliance results, such as collected documents, interview notes, and artifacts. The contractor must submit an initial test data package within 10 business days of an on-site visit or project milestone, with a 3 day window to address government comments and 2 days for government acceptance. Subsequent test data submissions are due 10 business days after the return and availability of classified media. The contractor must submit test data packages in the required format via CD/DVD and within the Defense Cyber Assessment and Forecasting System (DCAFS) archive, with documents that can be freely edited by the government.
This federal contract opportunity is for total engineering and information technology support services under the TOTAL ENGINEERING and INTEGRATION SERVICES-TEIS IV contract vehicle. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will provide full life cycle support for USAISEC projects worldwide, involving all aspects of information and communication systems from planning through retirement. Support may be required in challenging and even hostile locations with little infrastructure. Work under the highest security clearances may be included to support USAISEC's mission. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground issued the solicitation.
