Second phase target is privatized family and unaccompanied homes from the following installations:

Ø Corvias: Sill (1,813), Polk (3,661), Rucker (1,476), and APG (950)
Ø BBC: Carson (3,446), Leonard Wood (1,806), Eustis/Story (1,131), and
Ø Michaels: POM (2,400), Leavenworth (1,695), and Huachuca/Yuma (1,270)
Ø Lend Lease: Hood (5,617) and Knox (2,382)
Ø Hunt: JBSA (925) and Redstone (353)

Ø Total estimated homes: 29,997

Third and fourth phase targets are remaining privatized family homes and government-owned/leased with a focus on stateside first and overseas last:

Ø Total estimated homes: 31,771

The number of home inspections in each phase could fluctuate up or down dependent on final contract costs and availability of funding.

The contract draft PWS and other required contract documents are complete. Intent is for base-year plus four option years. DCS G-9 started meeting with MICC this week to begin acquisition process. Goal is to have contract awarded in FY22 for work to be executed in FY23.
