Contractor shall provide refuse waste containers, perform container maintenance & provide all transportation services necessary to perform refuse collection and disposal services IAW PWS Annex A 8.0 and Technical Exhibit 2. The contractor shall provide 670 containers located throughout the Fort Campbell Military
Installation.
Container quantity may vary by +/- 15%. In the event that the +/- 15% deviation is exceeded for a period longer than sixty (60) days, the Government will retain the right to negotiate new pricing based upon the actual amount of reported containers.
The Contractor shall not add containers in excess of the 15% variation for any container type without prior approval from the COR and Contracting Officer.

Contractor shall provide curbside collection and transportation of installation bulky waste and white goods (bulky items such as refrigerators that contain refrigerants) to the convenience centers and landfills IAW PWS Annex A 5.5. Estimate eight (8) services each month.

Contractor shall provide curbside collection and transportation on an on-call basis to collect, transport, and dispose of animal carcasses from the Veterinarian Clinic and Dog Pound, located at Buildings 5289. Estimate two (2) services each month.
Landfill Disposal Fees

Contractor shall be responsible for transporting non-hazardous solid waste and recyclables except batteries and Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collected at the CC to designated landfills IAW PWS Annex A 8..8.1. The Contractor shall be responsible for all tipping fees (the fee that is charged for refuse disposal per ton by the landfill). These fees shall be a direct cost transfer to the Government. Payment will be made on the basis of the actual tonnages/fees invoiced by the Landfills IAW PWS Annex A 8.8.1.3.
0006AB 100 Each Service Fee For Removal of Refrigerants

This CLIN is for the reimbursement of cost for Service Fees for the removal of refrigerants from white goods (stove, refrigerants and large appliances) as indicated in the PWS. Contractor shall be responsible for the Installation Service Fee for the removal of refrigerants from white goods IAW PWS Annex A 8.5.1. Contractor shall be reimbursed for actual cost billed by the Landfill. The Contractor shall not apply any G&A expense, mark-up or indirect cost rates to any supplies, services, or repair parts provided under this CLIN. The Contractor's invoice will be accompanied and supported by a copy of the supplier's invoice.

This CLIN is for the reimbursement of cost for Service Fees for the removal of refrigerants from white goods (stove, refrigerants and large appliances) as indicated in the PWS. Contractor shall be responsible for the Installation Service Fee for the removal of refrigerants from white goods IAW PWS Annex A 8.5.1. Contractor shall be reimbursed for actual cost billed by the Landfill.
