B08 W9123822R0006 Attachment 6 Pre-Award Survey Dated 20 January 2022.pdf

This document contains a pre-award survey for a federal construction contract opportunity with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District. The contract is to complete two-phase design-build construction services to upgrade the steam plant at Building 1286 on Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The project scope includes replacing three existing boilers with new dual-fuel natural gas/fuel oil boilers meeting BACT standards, installing an emergency boiler, upgrading supporting equipment, and conducting seismic retrofitting. The construction value is estimated between $10-25 million. Interested vendors must self-identify on SAM.gov as the pre-award does not provide a bidders list. The pre-award survey assesses the contractor's financial condition and capability to determine responsibility for the design-build project.
