About this file
This document contains a pre-award survey template for a federal construction contractor and information about a related federal contract opportunity for repairs to a North Apron at Hill Air Force Base. The pre-award survey template requests information about the contractor's organization, personnel, equipment, financial data, experience on past construction projects, type of work specialized in, and commitments on existing projects. The federal contract opportunity is a Design-Bid-Build solicitation from the Army Corps of Engineers seeking a contractor to perform repairs to the portion of the North Apron immediately north of Hangar 204, including replacement of concrete slabs and rework of structural base materials, replacement of an adjacent concrete swale and asphalt pavement, and any required asbestos or lead-based paint removal, to be accomplished by a certified removal contractor.
