About this file
This document contains a pre-award survey form for a construction contractor and details for a federal contract opportunity to perform repairs to the North Apron at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The pre-award survey requests information on the contractor's organization, personnel, equipment, financial data, experience on past construction projects, type of work specialized in, and commitments on existing contracts. It also includes supplemental schedules requesting details on existing commitments, completed projects, and owned construction equipment. The federal contract opportunity involves replacing Portland cement concrete slabs and structural base materials for the North Apron, providing grounding points and markings, and demolishing an adjacent concrete swale and asphalt pavement. The work must be done in accordance with UFC standards and any asbestos or lead-based paint removal will be performed by a certified contractor. This will be a design-bid-build contract administered by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District.
