About this file
This document contains a specific relevant contract reference sheet template and information about a draft request for proposal for an enterprise classroom program. The contract reference sheet template requires offerors to provide details of past performance on contracts as a prime contractor, major subcontractor, or through teaming partners that are similar in scope and magnitude to the services being procured. Required details include the contractor name, contract and task order numbers, contract type, award and performance dates and costs, contracting officers, technical representatives, number of personnel, and relevance rationale. The draft RFP is for a recurring enterprise classroom program requirement to provide turnkey classroom sustainment and technology services through task orders against a single award IDIQ contract. The contract will have a one year base period and two option years, be set aside as a competitive 8(a) contract, and be awarded by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis on behalf of the Department of the Army Materiel Command.
