Amendment of Solicitation Summary
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W911QY26RA031, issued by the U.S. Army on September 9, 2026, with an effective date of September 9, 2026. The amendment modifies miscellaneous text and qualifications for multiple contract line items related to warehouse and material handling operations at Natick, Massachusetts.
The primary changes involve updated position qualifications for the Lead Administrative Clerk/Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operator and Administrative Clerk/MHE operator roles across multiple line items (0001, 0002, and option line items 0011, 0012, 0021, 0022). The Lead Clerk position now requires 2-3 years of GCSS-Army experience equivalent to WL-07 rank/grade (previously GS-07), with proficiency in T-CODE transactions, motor vehicle operator licenses for forklifts up to 36K cargo capacity, valid state driver's license, and ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs. The Administrative Clerk/MHE operator position requires 1-2 years of GCSS-Army experience equivalent to WG-06 rank/grade with the same technical and physical requirements. Both positions involve indoor/outdoor warehouse work subject to heat, cold, and heavy lifting with required safety gear. The amendment also removes two attachments (CDRL-CRSP-Natick and Technical Data Package-CRSP-Natick) and adds a Wage Determination attachment (0005). Proposals must be submitted electronically to michael.j.quinlan3.civ@army.mil as three sections: Technical (10 pages maximum), Past Performance (5 pages maximum), and Price (2 pages maximum), with pricing provided on the attached Pricing Schedule. The NAICS code is 493110 with a $34,000,000 small business size standard.
